Before starting, I was asked to complete a health questionnaire. Hyp then talked through the treatment with me, which helped put me at ease.

I found Hyp to be both professional and friendly. She is very easy to talk to, and I could have chatted for hours, soaking in the room's calm atmosphere, about the treatments she provides, their origins, and her journey in seeking the best wellness techniques. I find it truly fascinating and genuinely admire her work ethic and objectives.

For the treatment, you lay on the massage couch, covered by warm fluffy towels. Music plays gently in the background as Hyp begins the experience with an enzymatic gel that prepares the body for exfoliation. This is followed by exclusive modeling using a scrubbing terracotta stone, a technique inspired by traditional Oriental methods. Hyp checks throughout regarding the pressure used, and to ensure you are comfortable. The result is absolute relaxing bliss, and a body that feels reshaped, redefined, and nourished.

How Did I Feel After The Massage?

Honestly, so relaxed. I stepped out back on the busy streets of Nottingham City Centre, and wanted to go home and chill (fall asleep had it been possible). My skin felt nourished and my mind felt calm. Just what needed in the hectic run up to Christmas.

After finishing the massage, Hyp gave me chocolate coated date to eat. Another attention to detail that was much appreciated. Of course it wasn't just a treat. The layers, texture and taste are all part of the sensory experience, and it was handmade by Hyp. .
