  8. Take a Yoga Class As the days get busier and the weather gets cooler, it's important to take time for yourself and focus on your well-being. Sign up for a yoga class to de-stress, improve your flexibility, and find inner peace. Yoga is a great way to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle as you age.

  9. Declutter and Organise Your Home: With the change of seasons comes the perfect opportunity to declutter and organise your home. Spend some time going through your wardrobe, drawers, and storage spaces to get rid of items you no longer need or use. Organising your home will not only make it more functional but also create a sense of calm and serenity in your living space.

  10. Autumn movies/Halloween movies: As the weather gets cooler and the nights get longer, it's the perfect time to cosy up with some Autumn movies or get into the Halloween spirit with some spooky Halloween movies. Grab some popcorn, dim the lights, and enjoy the seasonal movie marathon.
